The Regulution determines terms for calculating a surface area of plot of land attributed as part of essential part of another plot of land.

The present Law shall apply to all matters concerning expropriation and consequences of expropriation proceedings in the Canton Luzern. This Act converts the National Special Risks Insurance Association established in terms section 21 of the Companies Act, 2004 into a public company having a share capital, with shares held by the State. It also determines the nature and ambit of the special risks that the Company may underwrite and the role of the State in the short-term insurance industry as regards special risks and to reduce the reinsurance risk exposure of the State. One of the risks that may be covered is loss in respect of a mortgage loan. Risks may arise from political strife or public disorder.

The Act provides for the general principles of civil law of Estonia. Notably, it defines the concepts of movable and immovable property defining the latter as a delimited part of land (plot of land). The essential parts of an immovable are the things permanently attached to it, such as buildings, standing crop, other vegetation and unharvested fruit.

These provisions supplement Law No. 9948 of 2008 as regards the deadlines for the submission of examination requests. The new deadline is extended for six months as from the entry into force of this Law.

This Act provides for assessment of land value, taxation according to the declared land value, government purchase of land according to the declared land value, land value increment to the public, offences and penalties, etc.A land evaluation committee shall be established by the Special Municipal Government or the County / City Government and composed of representatives of local people and other persons of justice.

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to various matters, with various references to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011. Matters concern mainly documentation and certification. Regulation 30 on management rules as contemplated in section 35 (2) (a) of the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 and regulation 39 on arbitration are repealed.

This Land Code stipulates that land shall be public property protected by the state and shall be rationally and efficiently managed. It regulates land relations and applies to natural and legal foreign and domestic persons and to foreign states and international organizations.

This Act settles the conditions and the order of: prospecting, exploration and extraction of the underground natural resources on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, in the continental shelf and in the exclusive economical zone in the Black sea; protection of the earth inner structure, and rational using of the underground resources on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, in the continental shelf and in the exclusive economical zone in the Black sea.

The Act regulates marriage in Estonia. Notably, it states that prospective spouses may, by agreement, select a proprietary relationship from among the types of proprietary relations set out in the Act before the contraction of marriage by an application for marriage. The types of proprietary relations include jointness of property; set-off of assets increment; or separateness of property. Spouses may also enter into a marital property contract. In certain situations, the land registry is used for determining the property rights of spouses upon separation.
