The scope of this Regional Law shall be to set forth the conditions for the breeding, keeping and protection of bees, and also for protecting legal rights and interests of natural and legal persons carrying out apiculture. State support to apiculture shall be granted in accordance with regional programmes related to state support of agricultural activity.

La presente Resolución crea la Unidad Coordinadora del Proyecto “Catastro, Titulación y Registro de Tierras Rurales en el Perú, Tercera Etapa - PTRT3” y el Comité de Gestión, de cuya ejecución está encargado el Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego (MINAGRI), a través del Programa de Desarrollo Productivo Agrario Rural – AGRORURAL, y en relación funcional con la Dirección de Saneamiento de la Propiedad Agraria y Catastro Rural (DISPACR) de la Dirección General de Negocios Agrarios del MINAGRI.

El presente Decreto establece procedimientos administrativos especiales agrarios de clarificación de la propiedad, delimitación o deslinde de las tierras de la Nación, extinción del derecho de dominio, recuperación de baldíos indebidamente ocupados o apropiados, reversión de baldíos adjudicados, de competencia del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER).

Article 6.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plot of agricultural land allotted on lease on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure as a result of renewal of lease contract or renewal of the right of hereditary possession of such land with the right of lease can be purchased in ownership by lease holder at the cost of 15 percent of cadastre value of such plot of land”.

El presente Acuerdo establece excepciones a la regla general que dispone la titulación de los terrenos baldíos de la nación en unidades agrícolas familiares, y los requisitos para su adjudicación.

Implementa: Ley Nº 1.152 - Dicta el Estatuto de Desarrollo Rural y reforma el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER). (2007-07-25)

After the Revolution, in 1979, the Government authorized farmers to temporarily farm in some abandoned lands. The Regulation, which consists of 31 articles, aims to transfer the ownership of these lands to the farmers in return of monthly installment of the land’s actual value. Accordingly, the Regulation provides details of the process to grant ownership. The eligible farmers to receive ownership, as well as the actual price of each land, should be determined by a specified committee.

Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of public land with undelimited ownership shall be allotted to natural and legal persons, on the grounds envisaged by Land Code of the Russian Federation, in ownership or on lease”.

This Regional Law establishes that use for proper needs of common widespread minerals, without use of explosives, and building of underground constructions to the depth of five meters, by owners of land plots, land tenants, landlords and leaseholders on the regional territory shall be performed in accordance with conclusions of the authorized state regional institution competent in the sphere of rational management and protection of subsoil.

The purpose of this Law, which consists of 8 articles, is to prohibit any changes in land use of farms and gardens outside the limit of cities. The Act states that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development shall decrease urban development to the farms and gardens surrounding the cities and minimize changes in land use of farms and gardens inside urban areas.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum size of the consolidated land plot shall not be less than minimum size of land plots pertaining to public or municipal ownership and allotted for farming”.

The Act is the Statute of the Land Affairs Organization which is a state institute part of the Ministry of Agriculture. The Act consists of 9 articles, divided into 4 Chapters; General Provisions (I); Objectives and Essential Duties (II); Responsibilities and Authorities of the Chairman (III); Miscellaneous Provisions (IV).The main duties of this Organization include planning, policy making and organizing the implementation of all rules and regulations regarding lands and land affairs.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la ejecución de los procedimientos de formalización y titulación de predios rústicos de propiedad del Estado y de declaración de propiedad por prescripción adquisitiva de dominio. La norma precisa que los lineamientos tienen alcance nacional y son de obligatorio cumplimiento por los gobiernos regionales a los que se ha efectivizado la transferencia de la función referida al saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria.
