This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) establishes the responsibilities of Person harvesting or making Commercial Use of Forest Resources under a Forest Resources License ("the Operator") with respect to the rights of private land owners and provides for a right of compensation to land owners harmed as a result of any activity or process carried out pursuant to a Forest Resources License. The Operator shall take all measures necessary to prevent harm to the property of private land owners resulting from operations, without limitation.

La presente Ley declara de utilidad pública el cultivo de las tierras de labor, que no lo sean por sus dueños, poseedores o encargados. Se entiende por tierras ociosas: a) aquellas que habiendo sido cultivadas regularmente en años anteriores, no hayan sido preparadas para las fechas señaladas en esta Ley; b) las que fueren denunciadas como susceptibles de ser abiertas al cultivo, exceptuándose las de agostadero que estén en servicio, las ocupadas con huertas y las de bosques cuyos árboles deban conservarse.

This Law officially defines the boundaries and physical limits, management and conservation practices, charges and compensation issues, correct use and ownership, and various protection rules all regarding the part of the Konjuh (located on the territory of the Tuzla Canton, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) that is declared and nominated as protected national landscape/wealth ''Konjuh''.The Law is divided into XI Chapters and 34 articles, including the offences and related penalties.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento para la implementación de la entrega de tierras estatales ociosas en concepto de usufructo a personas naturales o jurídicas, conformando a tal fin el Fondo de tierras ociosas que pueden ser entregadas en usufructo y estableciendo los requisitos y procedimientos que deben cumplir las personas naturales y jurídicas para solicitar la entrega.

La presente Ley de Reforma Agraria considera la reforma agraria como un proceso integral y un instrumento de transformación de la estructura agraria del país, destinado a sustituir los regímenes de latifundio y minifundio por un sistema justo de propiedad, tenencia y explotación de la tierra, que contribuya al desarrollo social y económico de la Nación.

La presente Ley de Reforma Agraria tiene como finalidad la transformación de la estructura agraria del país y la facilitación de su desarrollo económico y social, mediante la sustitución del régimen de latifundio y minifundio por un sistema justo de propiedad, tenencia y explotación de la tierra.

This Regional Law establishes that plots of agricultural land within the boundaries of inhabited areas and destined for agricultural production, free of constructions and edifices, allotted on lease on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure as a result of renewal of lease contract or renewal of the right of hereditary possession of such land with the right of lease can be purchased in ownership by lease holder at the cost of 15 percent of cadastre value of such plots of land.

The present Regulations are made under the Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations provide for the control of development activities in the St. John’s Urban Region. Section 4 lays down provisions relating to the control of development and establishes that a development shall not be carried out within the development area described in the Schedule except in accordance with the present Regulations. This Regulationt enforces the Law of Urban Land of 13 September 1987. The Regulation consists of 75 articles divided in 5 Chapters: Definitions and Regulations related to the Land Construction (I); Rules regarding Recognition of Land (II); Purchase and Ownership of Lands (III); Preparation, Construction and Transfer of Land Ownership (IV); Miscellaneous Provisions (V).The Regulation defines the concepts and explains the provisions of the Urban Land Law based on the Civil Code and other prevailing Act.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Privatization of agricultural land plots pertaining to regional or municipal public ownership shall be performed in accordance with Land Code and federal legislation three years after entry into force of this Regional Law”.

Article 8.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Registration of citizens having the right to allotment of public land plots free of charge shall be performed by local government competent in distribution of land”.
