Land Law (Amendment No. 10), 1987.

This amendment of the Land Law 1987, establishes that the owner of a dwelling may, under specified conditions and subject to specified provisions, install on the roof of his dwelling a boiler for the heating of water by the sun (section 59A). Section 59B establishes that the owner of a dwelling may be disconnected from the central water or room heating system under specified conditions.

The purpose of this Law is to establish the procedures concerning the establishment, organization, duties and jurisdiction of the General Directorate for Rural Services under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Affairs. Ports Authority (Amendment No. 5) Law, 1988.

This text is to amend the title of the principal Law, under section 1, as "Ports and Railways Authority Law". Section 3 of this text amends section 4 of the principal law, as concern functions of the Authority and development, such as planning, construction, development, management, maintenance and operation of ports. Section 20 makes provision as for human resources, as concerns the agreement to transfer railway employees to the Authority and Labor Agreement. Section 22, amending section 21 of the principal Law, concerns fees, transportation of goods and persons.

Public Land (Removal of Squatters) Law, 1981

This Law allows a person empowered in writing to enter public land in order to examine the possession or use thereof and the right of the possessor or user to use it. Under sections 4 a person empowered may require information not in his possession relating to the public land by requesting the possessor or user to deliver the information. In case of unlawful public land occupation and under ascertainment the unlawful occupier may be requested to relinquish and such an order may be treated as a judgment for ejection.

Land (Amendment No. 7) Law, 1978

The amendment of section 110 of the principal Law refers to reserved land. Section 2 which is an addition to section 135 allows to amend registration of area or boundaries, under specified conditions. Section 4 amends section 168 of the principal Law as concerns registration of an area or boundaries of unsettled land. Section 5 establishes validation of acts as concerns the registration of the boundaries or area of an unsettled land.

Sand Erosion Order.
