The present Ordinance by the Great Council of the Canton Aargau establishes an Interim Land Register run by the land registry clerk until a proper Land Register is introduced. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows. Registration of property rights until the introduction of a proper Land Register (1); Clearing of land protocols (2); Establishment of the Land Register (3); Costs (4); Final provisions (5).

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to recording of estates in land. The Land Register is held by the local county courts and deals with the business of registration of legal interests in land. The Land Register consists of Land Register Judges (Grundbuchrichter) and special clerks (Rechtspfleger). The normal business of registration is done by the clerks.

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce efficiently the Saxon Land Survey and Cadastre Law of 29 January 2008. The text – consisting of 22 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects:announcement of land survey works, access to information, use of information from land survey database, requirements of the survey cadastre, border of parcels of land, marking, control of lower survey authorities, transfer of data, transitional provisions, entry into force and expiry.

The text consists of 21 articles divided in 5 Parts: General provisions (I); Organization and competency (II); Geo-data and geo-services (III); Transfer of geo-data (IV); Final provisions (V).

The present Ordinance implements both the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007 and the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 17 June 2011. Moreover, the Ordinance aims at a unified marking, inspection and updating of the official land survey. The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 17 June 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down the amount of fees to be paid for the access to and use of geo-data information. Le présent règlement met en exécution l’ordonnance fédérale sur la mensuration officielle, du 18 novembre 1992. Notamment, le règlement concerne la composition, l’organisation et les services de la mensuration officielle. These Regulations, made by the Minister under Section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act, stipulate that a person, on whose behalf a survey of State Land is carried out by a Government Surveyor, shall pay to Government the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule. The Regulations shall not apply to the island of Rodrigues.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 15 janvier 1996 sur la mensuration officielle et l'article 36 de l'ordonnance du Conseil fédéral du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle. L’article 1er établit que le canton gère les données géographiques de façon à ce que ses services administratifs puissent les utiliser de manière efficace. Il exploite des systèmes de traitement de données adaptés à cette fin.
