Subject to this Part and to any provision to the contrary in a law of the Territory, a person shall not enter onto or remain on Aboriginal land or use a road unless he has been issued with a permit to do so in accordance with this Part (sect. 4). An Aboriginal who is entitled by Aboriginal tradition to enter onto an area of Aboriginal land may enter onto that area of Aboriginal land.

This Land Law, consisting of 14 Chapters, divided into 223 articles, establishes the legal regime for land management, in particular for constitution, exercise, modification, transmission and extinction of the right of land use and exploitation within the State of the Special Administrative Region of Macau, (called RAEM).

A frame law setting forth the basis for the improvement of the enterprising environment in Greece.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the right of passage allows persons, animals and their appurtenances to pass over somebody else’s property. The said right is granted by the Agricultural Office.

The purposes of this Act is to contribute to the smooth supply of sites for public works and the stabilization of the land market by prescribing necessary matters regarding the reservation and supply of public land.

This Act concerns the title of native people, Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders, to land in Queensland. It consists of 146 sections and is divided into five Parts.

The Director of Geological Surveys and any officer of his/her Department or any other officer authorized may enter on lands and undertake other actions set out in article 3 for purposes of carrying out geological surveys authorized by the Minister. A notice of survey shall be given in advance to the owner or occupier of the land in question.

This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods.

This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.

The present Act is made under the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. In particular, the Act deals with Category IA and Category IA-N native lands and their local administration. Category IA lands are those that were transferred from the Province of Quebec to the Government of Canada for the exclusive use and profit of the Cree bands in the James Bay region.
