Mayor, for the purpose of keeping state land cadastre of the city of Moscow, orders to validate the structure of cadastre number of the plot of land in accordance with the Annex 1., to validate the draft of boundaries and numeration of cadastre districts in accordance with the Annex 2 (to be used as model), to validate for the purpose of state registration of the ownership rights to immovable property in the city of Moscow the structure of cadastre numbers of the objects of immovable property in the city of Moscow in accordance with the Annex 2 .

This Order relates to the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Chapter 256). The Schedule lists the protected areas under this Order.

Toute demande de bail emphytéotique sur un bien foncier rural objet d'un Certificat Foncier est établie sur un formulaire au modèle conforme au modèle annexé au présent arrêté.

Les plans établis en vue de la constitution des dossiers de délimitation des biens fonciers du Domaine Foncier Rural coutumier sont réalisés et présentés conformément aux dispositions du présent arrêté.

La présente Ordonnance détermine la forme des inscriptions et radiations des droits réels sur les immeubles enregistrés.

Articles 5a and 23a are hereby added to Law No. 7501 on the land. Upon division of the land, the Land Commissions at the villages shall deposit the documentation on land distribution with the cadastre office of the competent district. Article 23a concerns the penalty to be applied to Land Commissions in case of violation of the criteria established by the Law for compiling documentation on land distribution.

The Federal Law No. 102-FZ must be supplemented with the additional Article 64/1 regarding mortgage of the plot of land purchased with the use of land based credit stating that the aforesaid plot of land shall be considered mortgaged from the moment of the state registration of property rights of the debtor”.

The following amendments and addenda must be introduced to the Federal Law No. 122-FZ: 1) Article 12 must be supplemented with the following paragraph “Identification of the plot of land in the Common state register of rights shall be carried out in conformity with its cadastre number attributed thereto by state land cadastre institution”. 2) Item 1 of the Article 17 must be supplemented by the following passage “It is not necessary to make available cadastre plan of the plot of land if it has already been inserted in the dossier of legal documentation”.

Plan of a plot of land must be usually designed with the application of the national system of coordinates. For securing the boundaries of a plot of land on location there must be installed landmarks. Specially designed point of a boundary of a plot of land or other object. Average errors in the position of the landmarks respectively to the nearest points of state geodetic network must not exceed 0,1 mm on the map of scale of 1:2000.
