The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Decree amends the Unit Titles Act in section 2 by deleting subsection (4). Subsection (4) prohibits a proprietor of a unit to establish an easement over the unit without the consent of the proprietor of the unit estate or the mortgagee.

Guidelines No. 9580 on delegation by the Planning Act.
Until the adoption of Act No. 579 of 18 June 2012 amending the Planning the local council is conferred by the Planning Act delegation of powers to allow the management of appeals, including the administration of adopted local plans. The guidelines in this document give information on procedures and regulations thereof. The local council has at all times the ability to change a decision delegation, so that a previously announced delegation to a committee or to the management may fully or partially be recalled.
