We want to leave a positive footprint on the world, helping to improve people’s lives and reduce inequalities on a sustainably healthy planet.

Also known as our mission, the purpose stands behind all of the company strategy – it is our reason for being, it guides everything we do. The specific words are less important than the “spirit” of the idea.

We are a consultancy and project management firm with 45 years of global experience in tackling complex facets of climate change, forestry, water resources, ecosystems and institutional governance.

We provide management and consultative services within the broad sector of environmental development. Our dynamic in-house team of thought leaders and innovative implementers are committed to affecting the best practice in the field.

  • Improving log conversion rates within client companies;
  • Market studies to identify opportunities for added value wood products from Ghanaian producers.

Climate resilient livelihoods: up to £52 million to reduce the impact of climate shocks on poor and vulnerable households through asset transfers; improved agricultural production; natural resource management; and access to more diverse income streams. This is being delivered through a joint Non-Government Organisation (NGO) and United Nations (UN) led consortium called Promoting Sustainable Partnerships for Empowered Resilience (PROSPER). 2.
