La presente Ley reforma la Ley de Reforma Agraria de 1981, y garantiza la propiedad de la tierra a todos aquellos que la trabajan productiva y eficientemente.

El presente Acuerdo emite el Reglamento de la Ley de Reforma Agraria, que establece el procedimiento de afectación de las propiedades o tierras rústicas y su adjudicación al Estado, el procedimiento de indemnización, y el procedimiento de asignación con el objeto de hacer llegar a la población nicaragüense en una forma más eficiente los beneficios de una Reforma Agraria Integral.

This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of regional state bodies and local government related to land tenure of urban land pertaining to public land. It shall not be applicable to agricultural land and land of protected areas.

This Regional Law establishes that public land servitude shall be applicable in case when regional state interests, interests of local government or local population cannot otherwise be ensured without the application thereof.

This Proclamation amends the Authentication and Registration of Documents' Proclamation so as to, among other things: require the Notary Offices established in Addis Ababa and Dire Daws cities to perform their functions under the directions of the Ministry of Justice; define regulation-making powers of Regional states in respect of regional notary offices and related matters in their respective regions and the Council of Ministers with respect to Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa cities.

This Proclamation provides for the registration of documents. It shall apply to documents authenticated and registered by organs of the Regional Government authorized by respective Regional laws and other specified state organs. The Proclamation, among other things, defines notarial activities and duties of notaries. It also specifies documents that shall not have legal effect unless they are authenticated and registered. Regional authorities shall establish notary offices and there shall be federal notary offices in n Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of lease, modalities and terms of payment of thereof for lease of land plots of public land set forth for different categories of public land. Lease payment shall be calculated in accordance with regional cadastre indices set forth for different categories of public land.

This Order prescribes the fees to be taken in the Land Registry for the purposes of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and the manner in which those fees are to be paid. Fees set out in Schedule 1 shall be payable in respect of the matters therein mentioned. The Order sets out the determination of the value of any estate in land (in case of sale, lease or exchange of land or transfer as a tenant in common, joint tenant or coparcener) and provide for payment of fees and reduction of or exemption from payment of fees.

El presente Decreto Ley concede en calidad de arriendo aquellas propiedades rústicas aptas para la agricultura o ganadería que al momento de la promulgación del presente Decreto correspondan, en propiedad o en posesión al Estado, administradas o no por cualquiera de sus instituciones y que le hayan sido asignadas con fundamento en los Decretos confiscatorios o expropiatorios que hubiesen sido declaradas de utilidad pública y las que bajo cualquier otra forma arbitraria hayan sido confiscadas por el gobierno anterior o que estén en posesión de terceras personas sin ser sus legítimos dueños.<

El presente Decreto Ley crea la Comisión Nacional de Revisión de Confiscaciones, integrada por el Procurador General de Justicia y por cuatro personas designadas directamente por el Presidente de la República entre personas de reconocida honestidad, integridad y solvencia moral, con la facultad para proceder a la revisión de todas las confiscaciones ejecutadas por el gobierno anterior bajo las leyes y decretos confiscatorios, expropiatorios o de reforma agraria y los que de una u otra forma privaron de sus bienes, derechos y acciones a personas naturales o jurídicas.

La presente Ley sobre el Catastro Nacional, tiene por objeto regular la formación, la conservación y la actualización del inventario de todos y cada uno de los bienes inmuebles del pais en sus aspectos físico, económico y jurídico.
