Law No. 145 “On transfer of land plots”.

This Law establishes legal basis, terms and conditions of transfer of land from one category to another. Transfer of land shall be state (public) function and shall be performed in accordance with purposeful use of land in case of modification of main purposeful use. Category and type of land area shall be specified in: (a) acts of local self-government related to allocation or concession of land; (b) in land-related contracts; (c) in land cadastre documentation; and (d) in land certificates.

Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Data related to registered rights can be released from the Unified Information System on Immovable Property through Internet in accordance with the modalities set forth by the Government”.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of land valuation with a view of establishment of the cost of forest land for the purpose of compensation of damages in case of use of plots of forest land for purpose not related to forestry and, in particular due to land expropriation, provisional land occupation or restriction of land ownership rights of forest land plots. Cadastre valuation shall be performed in relation to: (a) forest land plots without edifices, roads and vegetation; and (b) forest stand growing on a plot of forest land.

La presente Resolución aplica las tarifas mínimas mensuales por metro cuadrado de área rentada contractualmente, exceptuando las áreas exteriores, por el servicio de arrendamiento de inmuebles que se presta por las entidades estatales y sociedades mercantiles de capital totalmente cubano y otras entidades autorizadas, a personas jurídicas cubanas y extranjeras, a personas naturales cubanas residentes en Cuba y extranjeras.

Most analyses of violence in Darfur ignore the local dimension of the crisis, focusing instead on the region’s economic and political marginalization and climatic variability. However, agricultural change and other changes relating to the land-rights and land-use systems have led to competition and exclusion, and have played a major role in the collective violence that has raged throughout the region. Understanding these questions is essential for the successful resolution of political and policy debates in Darfur.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that state land survey institution Kyrgyzgiprozem shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of land survey operations, mapping, cadastre on the whole national territory and shall regulate its relations with natural and legal persons by contracts.

This Regional Law shall regulate the following aspects of land relations: (a) land as natural object and natural resource; (b) land plots; and (c) parts of land plots. Land plots shall be classified as divisible and indivisible. In case of land transactions and in case of land division shall be prohibited apportionment of land area of less than 300 square metres for individual housing construction and less than 500 square metres for subsidiary small-holding (farming).

This Ministerial Decree establishes the rules for state registration of rights and encumbrances to immovable property and transactions therewith. The following rights and encumbrances shall be subject to mandatory state registration: (a) ownership; (b) tenancy; (c) mortgage and encumbrances originating therefrom; (d) lease and sub-lease for the period of three years and over; (e) servitude; (f) use restrictions; (g) court decisions; (h) nature management activities listed by the Government; and (i) open-ended land tenure.
