This Decree regulates the modalities of determination and classification of specific types of the purposeful use of land with a view of calculating land taxes, Specific purposeful uses of land shall be registered in land cadastre. Executive body of the local government shall be responsible for determination of specific land uses on the territory under its jurisdiction except for land areas destined for defence purposes and land transferred to state institution and used for security purposes, police, fire safety and penitentiary institutions.

This Presidential Decree, consisting of sixteen Chapters, amends and codifies the laws related to registration of land property. These Regulations make provision for the registration of common land and town or village greens under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006. They apply to the registration areas (as defined in these Regulations) of the commons registration authorities in England specified in Schedule 1. Registers shall be kept by commons registration authorities. The Regulations concern, among other things, applications and proposals to amend the registers, including provision for the holding of public inquiries in appropriate cases.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to charges for continuation of property registration in the real estate cadastre. Article 1 establishes that for changes in ownership in the real estate cadastre a fee (Cadastral Continuation Fee) shall be charged, otherwise the continuation of registration in the cadastre is free of charge. The Law consists of 6 articles.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Rate of tax on immovable property shall be 1, 5 percent of cadastre value thereof”.

La presente Ley, que tendrá una vigencia de cinco años, establece un procedimiento especial de expropiación extraordinaria para definir y formalizar los asentamientos comunitarios por antigüedad, con el objetivo de asegurar a los miembros de un asentamiento comunitario establecido por más de quince años de manera consecutiva, pacífica e ininterrumpida, el título de propiedad sobre el predio privado que ocupan.

This Act makes provision with respect to the registration of deeds, including deeds relating to land, and establishes the Deeds Registry and provides for the appointment of a Registrar of Deeds. It defines also duties of the Registrar and provides rules for the preparation of deeds so that they meet requirements of registration. Deeds that must be registered include transfer of estates, long-term leases and mortgage bonds hypothecating immovable property.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer los mecanismos para la efectiva protección y seguridad jurídica de las tierras y territorios ocupados o poseídos ancestralmente y/o tradicionalmente por los pueblos indígenas. Con la finalidad de garantizar la seguridad jurídica sobre la información existente en el Estado colombiano en materia de propiedad colectiva indígena, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, creará un sistema de coordinación interinstitucional para la unificación de la información predial de los territorios indígenas.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Directiva que precisa los actos inscribibles en el Registro de Predios y en otros registros que requerirán informe previo del área de catastro para acceder a su inscripción, así como los requisitos que deben contener los planos y memorias descriptivas que se presenten al Registro para sustentar la inscripción de tales actos.
