Le présent arrêté instaure sur toute l’étendue du territoire national, une attestation d’identification cadastrale dans la procédure de délivrance du permis d’occuper.L’attestation d’identification cadastrale est exigible pour l’obtention du permis d’occuper et pour toutes les formalités de mutation foncière et de transcription au dossier du permis d’occuper.

This Decree establishes the amount of information to be released by the State register of immovable property, and the modalities of request and release thereof the period of updating of information on immovable property for taxation purposes. Cadastre information shall be considered of general public access except for restrictions related to identification data of the objects of immovable property owned by natural persons.

This Decree establishes the modalities of conclusion of contract for lease of public land and land local government. It contains the modalities of calculation of lease rent, lays down essential provisions inserted in lease contract and model form of lease contract. Interested natural and legal person shall submit to local government or state body application containing cadastre identification number of the plot of land requested in lease, specifying intended period of lease.

La presente ley tiene por objeto establecer las bases y procedimientos para regular la catastración de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el Estado de Sinaloa, que incluye el inventario, deslinde, registro y valuación detallada de los bienes inmuebles. A nivel institucional, se definen las atribuciones de las autoridades competentes ya existentes y se crea el Instituto Catastral del Estado de Sinaloa.

Esta Ley regula la organización y funcionamiento del catastro en el Estado de Yucatán, definido como el censo analítico de la propiedad raíz en el Estado, estructurado por los padrones relativos a la identificación, registro y valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en su territorio, para fines fiscales, estadísticos, socioeconómicos, jurídicos e históricos y para la formulación e instrumentación de planes estatales y municipales de desarrollo.

This Decree establishes that the competent territorial and local authority for land management is the countrywide network system of land offices (county and ditrict offices)and the central authority is the Land Survey and Remote Sensing Institute (FÖMI).

Esta Ley de catastro tiene como objetivo controlar y valorizar los inmuebles localizados en el Estado de Nuevo León, así como la integración de los organismos catastrales y el señalamiento de sus diversas atribuciones. Los avalúos practicados con sujeción en esta Ley sirven de base para todos los fines fiscales en relación con la propiedad raíz en el Estado.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de Organización y Funciones (ROF) del Instituto Geofísico del Perú (IGP), adscrito al Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM), que tiene como finalidad contribuir a la gestión del ambiente geofísico con énfasis en la prevención y mitigación de desastres naturales y de origen antrópico.

El presente Decreto Legislativo crea el Instituto Geofísico del Perú (IGP), que es un organismo público ejecutor, adscrito al Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM), que genera, utiliza y transfiere conocimientos e información científica y tecnológica en el campo de la geofísica y ciencias afines, y contribuye a la gestión del ambiente geofísico con énfasis en la prevención y mitigación de desastres naturales y de origen antrópico.

Esta Ley introduce el marco normativo que regula la estructura y funcionamiento del catastro en el Estado de Baja California Sur, para la identificación, registro y valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en territorio de los Municipios de la Entidad.

Land cadastre differs from other types of cadastres, because the object of land cadastre is the land as a source of wealth and means of production. Specific character of methodology of cadastre is determined by features of the land. Varied feature of the land is nature of its use in agricultural production. Peculiarities of the land essentially determine specific character of maintenance, as well as ways and methods of conducting of land cadastre.
