Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Cadastre value of the object subject to application of tax on immovable property shall be established by the State Land Service in accordance with the requirements of the Law of state cadastre of immovable property and this Law”.

Item 14.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information in the general list and updated list of cadastre value of immovable property shall be classified in accordance with cadastre number, type of immovable property or payer of tax on immovable property with the consideration of the request of local government”.

Amends: Decree No. 343 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on updating of cadastre value of immovable property. (2001-07-31)

This Decree establishes that proposals for expropriation of public property and property of local government shall be accompanied by certification by State Land Service related to ownership of public land plots and cadastre registration thereof.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto organizar y regir la función catastral en el Estado de Coahuila de Zaragoza, así como establecer las bases para el control y valoración de la propiedad inmobiliaria. En especial se regulan la forma, los términos y procedimientos para los actos y resoluciones en materia de catastro. Asimismo se definen las atribuciones y los cometidos de las autoridades catastrales.

The Act establishes that the right to administer soil, water and air is vested in the State. The State, therefore, has the authority to: (a) regulate the allotment, use, supply and maintenance of soil, water and air; (b) regulate the legal relations between persons and soil, water and air; (c) regulate the legal relations between persons and legal acts concerning soil, water and air. The exploitation of these resources both by individuals or corporate bodies is to be performed within the objective of the national interest and by guaranteeing the protection of economically-weak groups.

Mediante la presente Ley se establecen los lineamientos y principios básicos para el desarrollo de las actividades catastrales; las normas de carácter técnico para la identificación, registro y valuación de los bienes inmuebles; y las bases para el uso y administración de la información catastral. La Ley define las atribuciones de las autoridades catastrales (arts. 7-14) y regula la integración del Catastro a través de los registros que se enumeran en el artículo 4º.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer un régimen jurídico especial que permita realizar, en forma ágil y expedita, diligencias de legalización de la propiedad o de regularización de la posesión, que sean necesarias para otorgar seguridad jurídica sobre estos a personas de escasos recursos económicos y a personas afectadas por desastres naturales ocurridos a partir de enero de 2001.

El presente Decreto Supremo tiene por objeto normar la transferencia del Catastro Rural del Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI) al Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego (MINAGRI), y determinar los procedimientos y servicios de los Gobiernos Regionales en materia de Catastro Rural.

This Act provides for the establishment the Land Transfer Board control by the Land Transfer Board of land transfer transactions in Zanzibar. No permanent transfer of land or long term lease shall take place until the transaction is reviewed and approved by the Land Transfer Board. The Board may withhold its consent on specified grounds. An appeal from any decision of the Land Transfer Board may be taken to the Lands Tribunal. The Act defines offences.

The present Regulations are made under section 90 of the Petroleum Resources Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the administration and registration of interests and instruments in relation to lands and fees to be paid. Section 2 establishes that the Registrar shall supervise the operation of the system of registration established under Part 8 of the afore-mentioned Act.

The present Regulations are made under section 66 of the Petroleum Resources Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the levying of royalties for oil exploitations. The text – consisting of 23 sections – deals with the following aspects: interpretation, prescribed royalties, exemption, payment of prescribed royalty, deferral of royalty, certification of an abandonment and restoration royalty trust, return allowance, certification of qualified petroleum exploration expenses, reports and returns, interests, penalties and refunds.

La presente Ley de Catastro regula el inventario, registro y la valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el territorio del Estado de Querétaro. En particular se establecen disposiciones relativas a la integración, organización y funcionamiento del Catastro; la forma, términos y procedimientos a que se sujetarán los trabajos catastrales; y las obligaciones que en materia de catastro tienen los propietarios o poseedores de bienes inmuebles.
