El presente Decreto reglamentan los capítulos X y XIV de la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, en lo relativo a los procedimientos de clarificación de la situación de las tierras desde el punto de vista de la propiedad, de delimitación o deslinde de las tierras del dominio de la Nación y los relacionados con los resguardos indígenas y las tierras de las comunidades negras.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Building Ordinance of 22 September 2009. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 67 dealing with authorization on behalf of the competent authority for use of public soil. Moreover, the Ordinance amends Annex 4. El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento para la selección y asignación de solicitantes de tierras, que tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos a que deben someterse las personas solicitantes de tierras (personas físicas o personas jurídicas sin fines de lucro), para el estudio y selección, ya sea para asentamientos campesinos de explotación individual o colectiva.

This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the transfer of agricultural land, the procedures of succession, inheritance and valuation. It also sets out provisions on the acreage and economic integrity of adequate income agricultural lands. The Regulation further determines the features of the eligible heir.

This Regional Law establishes that local government shall have the authority to make decision on allotment of land plot to natural person in ownership free of charge or to refuse to do so within fifteen days from the date of submittal of application by the person concerned. Minimum land area of the aforesaid plot of land shall be 0, 10 ha and maximum land area shall be 0, 20 ha.
