Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum agricultural land area within the boundaries of a single municipal district, except for districts specified hereinafter, that can pertain to ownership of a single natural or legal person shall not exceed 10 percent of total available agricultural land area located on the aforesaid territory at the moment of allotment or purchase of such land plots”.

La presente Ley de saneamiento físico legal de predios tugurizados con fines de renovación urbana, con la finalidad de la puesta en valor de los inmuebles saneados legal y físicamente.

These amendments concern legal proceedings with the Land Claims Court, the settlement of disputes between interested parties, the enforcement of land restitution and the use and disposal of land that is affected by a notice in the sense of subsection 11 (1) of the Act.

La presente Ley, que tendrá una vigencia de cinco años, establece un procedimiento especial de expropiación extraordinaria para definir y formalizar los asentamientos comunitarios por antigüedad, con el objetivo de asegurar a los miembros de un asentamiento comunitario establecido por más de quince años de manera consecutiva, pacífica e ininterrumpida, el título de propiedad sobre el predio privado que ocupan.

This Resolution defines the zones and areas in which foreigners (physical persons or juridical persons) can appropriate lands in the Kingdom of Bahrain in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 2 of 2001.

Repealed by: Resolution No. 43 of 2003 on the appropriation of lands by foreigners. (2003-08-11)

This Decree establishes that the competent authority for real estate issues is the countrywide network system of land offices (territorial and local offices). They are responsible for registration of legal transactions, cadastral mapping changes and dealing with land and other real estate property-related activities. The Hungarian Land Register is owned and maintained by the Ministry of Rural Development. This Decree establishes also the Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Remote Sensing as the institutional body for land surveying and geo-information.

Part three of the article 141 acquires a new wording: “Land monitoring shall be carried out at the expense of state budget.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of lease for public land plots and land plots with undelimited ownership, allotted on lease without public tender (auction). It establishes calculation formula for lease of land.

This Decree makes provision for the grant of land use right certificates, house ownership and residential land use right certificates; exercise of land user rights; recovery of land and land related compensation and support; procedures for land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement upon land recovery by the State for defence and security purposes, economic development, etc.; and for the settlement of land-related complaints.

La presente Resolución establece los criterios de elegibilidad y los requisitos de selección para adjudicar los subsidios directos en relación con los predios que por cualquier circunstancia, ya han ingresado al patrimonio del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), están pendientes de adjudicar y no han sido transferidos por las entidades liquidadas.

El presente Acuerdo fija el tamaño máximo de las unidades agrícolas familiares (UAF) promedio por región, determinadas en los proyectos productivos y cuya extensión permita con su proyecto productivo y tecnología adecuada generar como mínimo dos salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, permitiendo a la familia remunerar su trabajo y disponer de un excedente capitalizable que coadyuve a la formación de su patrimonio.

The purpose of this Act is to regulate general principles governing the limits of ownership of lands by individuals in the country. In particular, no one may own more than a certain amount of land in the whole country. Any land in excess shall be seized by the Government and redistributed. Fruit and tea gardens, as well as agricultural land are exempt from this limitation. Abandoned land, wasteland and land exceeding the maximum permitted, are considered eligible for division and redistribution. According to the Act, farmers are considered as priority in land redistribution.
