El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto reglamentar el uso y manejo de los terrenos comunales que hayan sido objeto del procedimiento de deslinde previsto en el Decreto Nº 2.663 de 1994 y en los que exista claridad respecto a los linderos.

Implementa: Decreto Nº 2.663 - Reglamenta la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, en lo relacionado con los procedimientos de clarificación de la situación de las tierras desde el punto de vista de la propiedad y de la delimitación. (1994-12-03)

Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall be supplemented with item 7 granting the right to the beneficiary under will to register ownership right to a plot of land upon presentation of land ownership certificate to the aforesaid plot of land of the previous owner. In the Federal Law No. 66-FZ on farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations the wording “allotted plots of land for farming and gardening” shall be substituted with the wording “plots of land for farming and gardening granted in ownership.”

El presente Acuerdo adopta medidas tendientes a evidenciar y profundizar la coordinación y articulación entre el Programa de Protección a Población en situación de desplazamiento que lideran el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia y el Sistema Nacional de Atención Integral a la Población Desplazada.

El presente Real Decreto tiene por objeto la aprobación de un primer bloque de normas reglamentarias del Catastro, poniendo especial cuidado en respetar en su elaboración el criterio de no incidir mediante normas de desarrollo sino en las materias en las que aquél se considera indispensable, evitándose la reproducción de los preceptos contenidos en la norma legal previa.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007 en lo relativo a la clarificación de la situación de las tierras desde el punto de vista de su propiedad y el deslinde de las tierras del dominio de la Nación, con el objeto de identificar las que pertenecen a la Nación, calificar y definir la eficacia jurídica de los títulos y demás documentos que en relación con el derecho de propiedad que presenten los particulares.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the reorganization of field and forestry land. The Law contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein, such as for example, “field”, “forest”, “land owner”, “beneficiary”, “private path”, “right of entry”.

La presente Regla tiene por objeto el procedimiento de regularización de la tenencia de la tierra de lotes urbanos de origen ejidal, comunal, federal, estatal, municipal o de propiedad privada a favor de los avecindados, tanto para uso habitacional como para el desarrollo de opciones productivas sociales. Dicho procedimiento, que será llevado a cabo por la Comisión para la Regularización de la Tenencia de la Tierra, se propone otorgar certeza jurídica a los avecindados en lo que se refiere a la tenencia de la tierra y los correspondientes derechos.

The present Act applies to private managed forest land other than land that is in a tree farm licence area, a woodlot licence area or a community forest agreement area. Section 4 decrees that the Private Managed Forest Land Council is established as a corporation consisting of the members appointed under section 6. The object of the council is to encourage forest management practices on private managed forest land, taking into account the social, environmental and economic benefits of those practices.

This Act makes provision for selected matters in relation with property and in particular immovable property.The Act provides rules relative to licensed activities in respect of leases and other effects of legal deeds or proceedings on lease, effects of release from a rentcharge or judgements of parts of hereditaments charged therewith on unreleased parts, executions of deeds, illegal practices with deeds, duties of trustees and executors in respect of existing leases and other matters regarding land under inheritance or intestate.

The Act makes provision for prescription in respect of claims relative Common Law, by custom, prescription or grant, to any right of common or other profit or benefit to be taken and enjoyed from or upon any land or in respect of a watercourse or the use of any water.

This Act concerns legal proceedings and proof regarding the ascertainment or evidence of title in land or interest in any estate.The Act sets out the procedures for obtaining a certificate of title and the effects of a certificate of title. The Act also allows a person to request a court to investigate matters that may affect a title in land. A certificate of title obtained by fraud shall be null and void. The Rules Committee of the Supreme Court may make rules for specified purposes.

This Act creates a general validation of acts of conveyances, for which no or no adequate compensation has been given to the conveyor, of real and personal property including leases, mortgages and any other instrument purporting to effect the transfer of any estate or interest in real or personal property from a company to any person. The Act consequentially extinguishes claims adverse to such conveyances. The provisions of this Act shall not affect bona fide purchase or invalidation of fraudulent conveyances by court.
