Range Regulation (B.C. Reg.199/00).
This regulation enacts the Range Act, and applies to Crown range. It is divided into 13 sections, and deals with applications for a licence, grazing permit or hay cutting permit. Section 3 outlines the procedure for the advertisement of licences and permits, by the district manager, acting under section 10 (2) of the Act. The content of an application for licence or permit is set out in section 4. Reference is made to competition rules in section 5.
Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Mineral Registrations) Regulation (B.C. Reg. 280/2007).
The present Regulation is made under the Mineral Tenure Act and the Coal Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes mineral reserves and coal land reserves. The text consists of 4 sections and 1 Table.

Sechelt Indian Government District Advisory Council Regulation (B.C. Reg. 156/2014).
The present Regulation is made under the Sechelt Indian Government District Enabling Act. Section 1 establishes that the Sechelt Indian Government District Advisory Council is continued as an advisory body to the District Council. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the composition, organization and working of the afore-mentioned Councils. The text consists of 6 sections.

Sechelt Indian Government District Enabling Act ([RSBC 1996] Chapter 416).
The present Act is a piece of companion legislation to the Federal Sechelt Indian Band Self-Government Act and provides for provincial recognition of the Sechelt Indian Government District. The ministry is responsible for section 4, which makes the district eligible for municipal benefits. The rest of the Act is the responsibility of the Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation. The text consists of 8 sections.
