The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and information on geo-data. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Land survey (II); Land survey register (III); Geo-basis information system (IV); Final provisions (V).

These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the management of land assets in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecturerationally develop, utilize and manage land assets and protect land resources.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’application de la loi n°2006-031 du 24 novembre 2006 sur la propriété foncière privée non titrée. Il s’applique à l’ensemble des terrains non titrés ni cadastrés occupés, que ces derniers soient urbains ou ruraux, sous réserve des dispositions des autres textes soumettant certains terrains à des régimes particuliers.

This Act sets forth provisions on application to the Court for a declaration of possessory title in Article 3, content of application in accordance with Form 1 of the First Schedule in Article 4, written statement of the applicant and of at least two other persons having knowledge of the applicant’s adverse possession of the piece or parcel of land annexed to the application in Article 5, plan of the piece or parcel of land authenticated by the signature of the Chief Surveyor annexed to the application in Article 6, publication of notice in the newspapers in Article 7, service on all owners

This Act amends the Land Utilization Act in section 2 in the definition of "Minister" and by insderting a definition of "Authority" (i.e. he Land Subdivision and Utilization Authority established under section 9). Section 9 is repealed and replaced. That section provides for membership of the Land Subdivision and Utilization Authority. Section 8, concerning evidence, for purposes of land registration, that a subdivision had been approved by the Minister is also amended.

Le présent décret régit les transactions immobilières privées (la vente, la cession gratuite ou l’échange d'un immeuble entre particuliers). Tout immeuble ne peut faire l’objet de transactions par parcelles qu’après un lotissement approuvé. Par ailleurs, ce texte décrit la procédure et le contenu du dossier de la transaction.

These Rules implement provisions of the Registered Land law by prescribing forms and the form of the register and by providing with respect to fees. A register shall be in one of the forms prescribed in the First Schedule. A land certificate and certificate of lease shall be in the forms prescribed in the Second Schedule. Other forms required to be used under the Law shall be in the forms prescribed in the Third Schedule. The Rules also define public officers for purposes of the Law. The fees payable under section 157(1) of the Law are prescribed in the Fourth Schedule.

These Regulations provide with respect to land surveys, making of boundaries and survey plans. They also, in the Schedule prescribe forms and fees. If a dispute arises between a licensed surveyor and the Chief Surveyor over the application of the Regulations, either party may refer the matter to the Land Surveyors Board. The Board shall hear and determine such dispute, and its decision shall be final.

Le présent décret crée, conformément à l’article 452 de la loi n° 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code Foncier et Domanial en République du Bénin, le cadastre pour la gestion de l'ensemble des documents administratifs et techniques décrivant la propriété foncière.
