Le présent décret organise la Police Municipale,notamment la police administrative.En matière de police administrative, les agents de la Police Municipale assurent l'exécution des arrêtés et règlements municipaux.A ce titre, ils sont chargés d’assurer l’exécution des arrêtés et règlements de police municipale en matière d'environnement, d'hygiène, de salubrité et de santé publics.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of protected areas and protection areas of some categories of regional significance shall be delimited on site with special signs and shall be mapped on land-use planning documentation”.

La présente loi détermine le statut du District Autonome de Yamoussoukro. Le District Autonome de Yamoussoukro est compétent en matière de protection de l'environnement; la planification de l'aménagement du territoire du District Autonome; la lutte contre les effets néfastes de l'urbanisation; la promotion et la réalisation des actions de développement économique, l'entretien du patrimoine et des biens domaniaux de l'Etat transférés au District Autonome; et les travaux d'équipement rural.

La présente loi fixe l’organisation des collectivités territoriales. Les organes délibérants des collectivités territoriales sont les Conseils qui exercent les attributions dévolues aux collectivités territoriales par les lois et règlements en vigueur. A ce titre, ils émettent des avis en matière de projets relatifs à l'environnement, de gestion du domaine public; l'expropriation pour non mise en valeur d'un terrain; la gestion des déchets.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Styria Land Use Planning Law 2010 (LGBl. No. 49). In particular, article 42a on «Newly created municipalities» is added. According to article 21 and 25 of the afore-mentioned Act these municipalities have to prepare a Local Development Plan and a Planning Scheme. Furthermore, article 67b on “Transitional provisions” is added. This article establishes procedures to be followed for the amendments of the afore-mentioned Local Development Plan and Planning Scheme.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Building Ordinance 2008 (LGBl. No. 63/2008). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 42 on «Implementation Notes and Information Procedure» establishing that with the present Ordinance the Commission Directive 2010/91/EU amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include metosulam as active substance and amending Decision 2008/934/EC of 10 December 2010 is implemented.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China. The Measures consist of 53 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions; Formulation of urban and rural planning; Approval of urban and rural planning; Amendment of urban and rural planning; Supervision and inspection; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions. The Measures provide for the procedures of, and requirements for formulation, approval, amendment and implementation of urban and rural planning.
