El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 26 de la Ley Nº 1.151 de 2007 en lo relacionado con el subsidio integral para la adquisición de tierras y establece los procedimientos operativos. El subsidio se otorgará por una sola vez a los campesinos que no sean propietarios de tierras o que la tengan en cantidad insuficiente, que tengan tradición en las labores rurales, que se hallen en condiciones de pobreza y marginalidad o que deriven de la actividad agropecuaria la mayor parte de sus ingresos, y que se postulen libremente para recibirlo de forma individual o colectiva.

El presente Acuerdo encarga a la Unidad Ejecutora MAGAP - PRAT, la ejecución del Programa Sistema Nacional de Gestión e Información de Tierras Rurales (SIGTIERRAS), en los ámbitos técnico, administrativo, financiero, de gestión y control.

This Law establishes the forms of property and ownership, legal and economic grounds in the sphere of property relations, and sets forth terms and conditions of the origin of property rights, ensuring protection and conservation of property. Objects of ownership can be land, subsoil, mining allotment, water resources, air space, forest fund, flora, fauna, and intellectual property.

This Decree regulates the agrarian reform and the management of natural resources in Indonesia. It shall be a process of sustainable restructuring, monitoring, ownership and exploration of such resources.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. Section 1 establishes that an application under section 23 of the Assessment Act by an owner of land to have all or part of that land classified as a farm must be in the attached form entitled "Application for Farm Classification”. This Act provides for the registration of land and establishes for this purpose a Land Registration Authority.The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Authority shall: (a) provide a legal framework for the people of the Marshall Islands to voluntarily register their interests in land in order to produce certainty regarding the identity of the legal owners of land and interests in land; (b) provide standards and criteria for land leases; and (c) maintain and keep public records of land and land transactions.

La Ley consta de 8 capítulos y 73 artículos. INDICE: Catastro Nacional (I); Declaraciones de bienes inmobiliarios (II); Avalúo inmobiliario (III); Informes de la Dirección General del Catastro Nacional (IV); División del Catastro Nacional (V); Obligaciones a cargo de determinados funcionarios y oficiales públicos (VI); Dirección General del Catastro Nacional, sus dependencias y los organismos vinculados (VII); Disposiciones generales y sanciones (VIII).La elaboración del Catastro Nacional se llevará a cabo gradualmente por divisiones político-territoriales (art. 2º).

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, en relación a la fecha de vigencia del inicio de las exposiciones públicas establecidas en el artículo 10 del Reglamento.

This Order establishes that the following rights and encumbrances (restrictions) of immovable property, including land plots, shall be subject to compulsory registration: (a) ownership; (b) servitude; (c) nature management; and (d) open-ended land tenure. Registration shall be carried out through application by the following categories: (a) owner; (b) landlord; (c) leaseholder; (d) pledgeholder; (e) trust manager; (f) bankruptcy administrator; (g) tutor; (g) trustee; (h) by power of attorney; and (i) other persons in accordance with legislation.
