This Act, consisting of 243 sections divided into fourteen Parts and completed by twenty-eight Schedules, provides for the consolidation of the law relating to the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land in Western Australia. This Act does not apply to the registration of rights over land in respect of minerals, petroleum, geothermal energy or geothermal energy resources; or prevent or otherwise affect the system of registration under other Acts of mining, petroleum or geothermal energy rights in respect of land whether Crown, freehold or leasehold.

These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the consolidation of the law on the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land. The Regulations establish that every plan shall be accompanied by a digital electronic record of that plan in a format specified by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the: a) the installation and the tracking of cadastral survey forming the basis for the introduction and description of each property in the Land Registry; b) the documentation of the public private ownership restrictions.

The objective of the present Act is to safeguard the public interest on the occasion of transfer of land or parts thereof to guarantee an even distribution of land throughout the national territory. La presente Ley dicta disposiciones relacionadas con la administración de los bienes incautados en base a un proceso penal por los delitos de narcotráfico y conexos o a una acción de extinción del dominio, y que se llevará a cabo aplicando en forma individual o concurrente los siguientes sistemas: enajenación, contratación, destinación provisional y depósito provisional.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to official real estate valuation. The Ordinance shall apply to official estimate of land, in particular to: a) establishment of liens, b) monitoring of adequate insurance coverage of buildings against fire and natural hazards. The present Ordinance implements the Land Survey Act of 19 May 2005. Article 1 establishes that the government shall allocate the works of the official land survey and define the rights and obligations of the surveyors. The Construction and Infrastructure Office shall be the competent authority according to article 3 of the afore-mentioned Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Building Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance regulates: a) zoning, land use planning; b) legal building requirements; c) building permission and notification procedures; d) data to be collected for building statistics; e) fees. The text consists of 70 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Planing rights (II); Building rights (III); Final provisions (VI). Four Annexes are enclosed.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 5 October 2007 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance implements and completes the Federal Act on spatial-information. Moreover the Ordinance provides a basis for a comprehensive spatial information system. La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 20 juin 2001 sur les améliorations structurelles. L’article 1er de l’ordonnance établit qu’au cours de la procédure de remaniement parcellaire, le directeur technique mandaté accomplit les tâches qui lui sont attribuées.

Le présent Arrêté crée un comité technique de suivi de l’aménagement foncier, de l’équipement rural et de la création de zones d’investissements agricoles.Ce Comité a pour mission de formuler des réformes pour améliorer la sécurisation des privés en matière agricole;d’évaluer la législation foncière et les procédures d’attribution de parcelles à usage agricole; de définir des stratégies de renforcement de l’équipement social et économique en milieu rural; et de promouvoir des plans d’occupation et d’affectation des sols.

Article 123 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of land pertaining to public or municipal ownership shall be transferred for tenancy by the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, state executive bodies or local government. The aforesaid decisions shall be made in the following cases: (a) transfer of plot of land with modification of the purposeful use thereof; and (b) land consolidation”.
