This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods. This Law does not apply to: rural lands considered mixed for tax purposes, of lands for non-permanent housing with an area less than 1 ha. Rural lands with authorised tourism activity by the competent authority.

This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.

This Decree determined methodology of planting urban protection forests in accordance with land-use planning of territory on the outskirts of urban areas. Boundaries of urban protection forests shall be coordinated with local government and shall be posted on natural boundaries marked on land, for example roads, ditches, power supply lines etc. Local government shall inform State Forest Service on the boundaries of urban protection forests and shall make accessible information related thereto. Urban protection forests of two closely adjacent cities can overlap.

This Decree establishes the modalities of exemption from payment of land tax of afforestation and reforestation areas. It shall be applicable to forest species considered regenerated or regrown by State Forest Service, the age of main species for the current year of survey an assessment shall not exceed: (a) coniferous – 40 years; (b) hardwoods broadleaved species – 40 years; and (c) soft broadleaved species and speckled alder – 10 years. Land shall be exonerated from payment of land tax if on it has been performed forest inventory in accordance with the established modalities.

La presente Resolución regula la organización y el funcionamiento del primer nivel operativo de la Secretaría de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable de la Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros, de acuerdo al organigrama, las acciones y la dotación que se detallan en los Anexos I, II y III. Por otro lado, los Anexos IV y V regulan las acciones y organizacón de las coordinaciones de dicha Secretaría.

El presente Ley tiene por objeto el establecimiento de normas adicionales de protección del patrimonio natural de Extremadura, para facilitar su protección, conservación, restauración y mejora y asegurar su desarrollo sostenible y su preservación para las generaciones futuras. La regulación abarca tanto la biodiversidad y los elementos singulares de flora y fauna silvestres como los hábitats de las especies y los procesos ecológicos fundamentales.

El presente Ley tiene por objeto la regulación de los espacios naturales de Navarra que hayan sido declarados por ésta o por las entidades locales competentes como tales espacios por contener ecosistemas de especial interés o valores naturales sobresalientes, con la finalidad de garantizar su protección, conservación, restauración y mejora, y de constituir la Red de Espacios Naturales de Navarra.

El presente Ley responde a la necesidad de introducir un conjunto de modificaciones puntuales en la legislación vigente en materia de medio ambiente, en relación a la protección de los animales, la gestión de espacios naturales, el acceso motorizado al medio natural, el procedimiento de evaluación de impacto ambiental de proyectos, y el proceso de adecuación de las actividades de incidencia ambiental a lo establecido en la Ley de la intervención integral de la Administración ambiental.
