National Academic Research and Collaborations Information System (NARCIS) is the main Dutch national portal for those looking for information about researchers and their work. NARCIS aggregates data from around 30 institutional repositories. Besides researchers, NARCIS is also used by students, journalists and people working in educational and government institutions as well as the business sector.
NARCIS provides access to scientific information, including (open access) publications from the repositories of all the Dutch universities, KNAW, NWO and a number of research institutes, datasets from some data archives as well as descriptions of research projects, researchers and research institutes.
This means that NARCIS cannot be used as an entry point to access complete overviews of publications of researchers (yet). However, there are more institutions that make all their scientific publications accessible via NARCIS. By doing so, it will become possible to create much more complete publication lists of researchers.
In 2004, the development of NARCIS started as a cooperation project of KNAW Research Information, NWO, VSNU and METIS, as part of the development of services within the DARE programme of SURFfoundation. This project resulted in the NARCIS portal, in which the DAREnet service was incorporated in January 2007. NARCIS has been part of DANS since 2011.
DANS - Data Archiving and Networked Services - is the Netherlands Institute for permanent access to digital research resources. DANS encourages researchers to make their digital research data and related outputs Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable.

De veranderingen op zee gaan snel. Aan de ene kant neemt de wens voor bescherming van het marine milieu toe, aan de andere kant vormen goederen en diensten van de zee een groeiende bron van inkomsten. In het beheer van de zee is sprake van een veranderende rol van de overheid, met name de verdeling van regulerende overheden over schalen van lokaal nationaal en regionaal naar Internationaal in EU verband – maar ook in bijvoorbeeld OSPAR en Noordzee verband.
Agriculture Beyond Food: Experiences from Indonesia
The ABF programme addresses one of today’s major societal challenges, how to achieve a sustainable and inclusive biobased economy, with high-level scientific research on the thin lines between food and non-food, commodities and waste products, livelihood opportunities and risks, and local and global economy. This book provides insights into the main issues and key questions relating to the biobased economy, reflects on the objectives of the ABF programme, and offers policy recommendations.

Zee op Zicht: Inzicht: Gepubliceerde Literatuur & Verslag slotbijeenkomst
Dit is deel twee van de rapportage over het Zee op Zicht programma. In deel 1, de ‘reader’ werden de bevindingen van Zee op Zicht gepresenteerd. In dit deel vindt U een overzicht van publicaties die mede door een bijdrage van Zee op Zicht tot stand zijn gekomen. Daarnaast vindt U een verslag van de activiteiten van de bijeenkomst gehouden op 4 december 2014. Op deze dag zijn de resultaten van zee op Zicht gepresenteerd en bediscussieerd met een publiek afkomstig uit maritiem beleid, sectoren en NGOs.
Fiscale faciliteiten agrosector : werking en effecten
Het Interdepartementale Beleidsonderzoek (IBO) Agrosector heeft behoefte aan inzicht in de werking van de fiscale faciliteiten voor de agrosector en in de effecten van mogelijke aanpassingen daarvan. Doelstelling van dit project is om de IBO-werkgroep Agrosector inzicht te bieden in de effecten van het draaien aan knoppen van de fiscale regelingen, met name het afschaffen ervan. Door dit inzicht is de werkgroep beter in staat om onderbouwde beleidsaanbevelingen te doen.
