La Ley consta de 4 libros, 292 artículos, 9 disposiciones finales, 15 transitorias y 1 derogatoria. INDICE: Libro I - Normas Orgánicas: Instituto Nacional de Reforma y Desarrollo Agrario (I); Consejo del Instituto (II); Jurado de fincas mejorables (III); Comisiones locales de concentración parcelaria (IV); Juntas provinciales, comarcales y locales (V).

La presente Ley persigue los siguientes objetivos, en primer lugar, la regulación del patrimonio agrario de la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón para evitar que las tierras una vez transformadas y adjudicadas puedan acumularse en unos pocos propietarios; en segundo lugar, trata de subsanar las deficiencias de la Ley de Reforma y Desarrollo Agrario, en especial con referencia al régimen establecido para las tierras reservadas en las zonas regables, la conversión de las mismas en tierras en exceso mediante la transmisión por actos inter vivos y el establecimiento de un mecanismo legal que evite fe

La presente Resolución, que consta de 11 párrafos, faculta a los directores de empresas agropecuarias y forestales del Ministerio de Agricultura y directores de los complejos agroindustriales del Ministerio del Azúcar, a fin de que autoricen para autoconsumo familiar los préstamos de tierra rústica estatal ociosa en carácter de usufructo gratuito a jubilados o personas que por causas plenamente justificadas no puedan trabajar sistemáticamente en la agricultura (par. 1º).

La presente Ley, que consta de 9 artículos, modifica La Ley Nº 5.879 de 1979, sobre Reforma Agraria, en lo relativo a la distribución de parcelas y selección de candidatos y candidatas, poniendo una mayor atención al tema de las unidades familiares que, según el párrafo único del artículo 14 modificado, se define como la unidad formada por el cónyuge la cónyuge, el conviviente, la conviviente o uno de ellos, y los hijos procreados por ambos, que se dediquen con el padre y la madre, o uno de ellos, a operar la parcela; y disponiendo que para todos los fines legales, la unidad familiar estará

This Decree contains a series of considerations and rules pertinent to land and agrarian reform and the allocation of land shares to citizens living and working in rural areas in kolkhozes and sovkhozes. Tasks of central and local authorities in this respect are formulated. It is determined that the citizens of the Kyrghyz Republic and legal persons of the Kyrgyz Republic enjoy the right to use land shares and sale, exchange, inherit, use as a collateral, rent this right to use land share. The setting up of a land reallocation fund is considered and exchange of land provided for.

The purpose of this Law is the determination, delimitation, allocation of areas such as ranges, pastures, wintersheds (winter range lands) or highlands to juridical entities like villages or municipalities and making use of them in a manner abiding by the rules, increasing or sustaining productivity through maintenance and improvement, controlling that use continuously, protecting them and changing their purpose of use when necessary. The determination, delimitation and allocation of ranges, highlands and wintersheds are undertaken by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

New land shall be distributed for personal use so that the total amount of land for personal use and irrigated additional land ads up to seventeen percent of the total of arable land. Before allocation of land, the local entities mentioned in article 2 shall monitor and register the existing irrigated lands and other data needed for allocation. Priority shall be given to small plots, and land that has not been cultivated for a long time and has a low productivity.

This Act creates the Fund for Lands and Agricultural Reform - 'Banco da Terra' aimed to give financial assistance in order to enforce rural programmes. It consists of 14 articles specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain these incentives for agricultural development. Beneficiaries of this financial assistance programme are: farmers non-owners (working under concession, leasing, etc. for more than 5 years in agro-zootechnics); owners of agricultural lands for family sustenance (according to article 4 of Law No. 4.504 of 30 November 1964).

This Act regulates ownership of farmlands. Section 2 provides that any of the following may, directly or indirectly, take, acquire, receive or hold an interest in farmland being; (b) a family farm corporation; (c) a municipality; (d) a local government district; and (e) an agency of government. Section 6 provides for the continuation of the Manitoba Farm Lands Ownership board. Section 8 deals with the powers of the Board.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley que tiene por objeto mejorar la calidad de vida de las mujeres rurales, en lo relacionado con los predios sujetos al régimen de las unidades agrícolas familiares, adjudicación de baldíos y participación de las mujeres rurales.
