This Act provides that real estate over which a person executes by will a general power of appointment, as if it were real estate vested in him, without a right in any other person to take by survivorship, shall on his death, notwithstanding any testamentary disposition, devolve to and become vested in his personal representative(s), as if it were a chattel real vesting in them or him.

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State executive bodies and local self-government shall carry out cadastre activity related to plots of agricultural land and plots of land destined for housing.”

This Order establishes that Federal State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Service the authorized federal executive body carrying out functions pertaining to its competence. In particular it organizes the functioning of state unitary enterprises, federal state bodies that carry out functions in the sphere of state registration of rights to immovable property, transactions thereof and state cadastre registration.

This Act regulates the imposition of taxes on land in Western Australia. The Act shows the land tax rates for very financial year according to the value of the land.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Farmland Requirement Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 74). In particular, the Law adds a paragraph 5 to article 33 dealing with the intrinsic value of an agricultural community plots; furthermore, the text amends, inter alia, article 40 concerning issuing of building authorization on behalf of the competent authority. The text consists of 3 articles.

This Act establishes periods of limitation and other limitations for bringing actions of the various classes mentioned in the Act. Section 42 extends the applicability of the Act also to arbitration. Actions include various actions in respect of land: actions to recover land by the Crown or any person and rent; action to recover money secured by a mortgage or charge or to recover proceeds of the sale of land; and actions in respect of trust property or the personal estate of deceased persons and actions for an account.

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens of Belarus can have on condition of private ownership plots of land allotted before entry into force of this Code, plots of land owned after transfer thereof in accordance with the established modalities, and also plots of land allotted in accordance with the sixth part of this article.” Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of the expiry of term of tenancy of a plot of land conceded for temporary tenancy or in lease the aforesaid land rights shall be considered terminated from the moment of exp

These Regulations, made under section 4 of the Real Property Tax Act, prescribe the form of an application and declaration for relief to pay the actual tax under that Act.

These Regulations prescribe forms for purposes of the Real Property Tax Act. Forms of Notices are: Notice of assessment required under subsection (1) of section 7; Notice required to be published for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 7. The Regulations also prescribe: the form of the assessment lists referred to in subsection (1) of section 7 of the Act and return and the particulars to be contained in such return required under subsection (1) of section 10 of the Act.
