Le présent arrêté complète l'arrêté du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de topographie et du cadastre. En effet, il ajoute à l'article 9 du titre III de l'arrêté du ministre de l'équipement, de l'habitat et de l'aménagement du territoire du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de la topographie et du cadastre mentionné ci-dessus, dans sa partie relative aux tarifs d'immatriculation foncière obligatoire (cadastre) un troisième point portant sur les travaux le bornage et levé et l’établissement des plans.

The Vanuatu Land Use Planning Policy is a national sectoral policy of Vanuatu for the period 2012-2017. Its main objective is to guide land use planning by setting priorities and outlining legislative and institutional settings to enable land use planning that encourages the best current use of Vanuatu’s land resources.The Policy aims to support food security.

This Order sets forth the procedure for management of State Geodetic Reference Coordinates System USC-2000 in the process of performance of land survey works that is mandatory for staff performing land survey works.

This Decree establishes the mechanism of protection of geodetic points. Geodetic point shall be considered a construction or a facility for marking-out of points on the ground provided with special engineering devices and structures containing external markings of triangulation, GPS-networks, polygonometric networks, as well as centered and levelling points. Demolition of replacement of geodetic points shall be performed by the staff of State Land Cadastre Service.

The purpose of this Law is to specify the institutional system in the field of geospatial information, incorporating the conditions for the preparation, use, exchange and maintenance of geospatial information (including geodetic and cartographic basic data) in order to create an infrastructure for geospatial information in the Republic of Latvia. The Law shall be applied to all natural persons and legal persons, the functions, tasks and activities of which are related to the circulation of geospatial information and joint use and re-use of such information.

Le présent décret crée le comité national d'orientation des zones économiques spéciales, en application de l’article 3 alinéa 2 de la loi n° 24-2017 du 9 juin 2017 relative à la création des zones économiques spéciales, à la détermination de leur régime et de leur organisation. Le comité national d'orientation des zones économiques spéciales est charge de: fixer les orientations générales pour l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la politique d'aménagement des zones économiques spéciales.

La présente ordonnance régit l’exercice et à l’organisation de la profession de géomètre.

The provisions of this Act shall apply only to land, interests in land, or dealings in land, registered under this Act. This Act sets forth organization, administration, duties, authorities and responsibilities of the Land Registry and registrars. A Registrar of Lands shall be appointed by the Public Service Commission to manage the Land Registry in accordance with this Act. The Land Registry includes a register in respect of every parcel which has been adjudicated in accordance with the Land Adjudication Act and a register in respect of each lease required by this Act to be registered.

This Order establishes that Chief Regional Department of State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre shall be territorial body operating in contact with the head of local self-government in the process of fulfilling its duties and tasks.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and land cadastre. Article 1 establishes that the Land is responsible for land survey and land cadastre. The text – consisting of 25 articles – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: perception of tasks, tasks of regional survey, content, purpose, principle and parts of land cadastre, data transmission, duties of land owners, entry into land, marking of boarder lines, publication of survey results, implementation and penalties.

The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Styria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. For the purpose of the present Law “Infrastructure for spatial information” means metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services; network services and technologies; agreements on sharing, access and use.

An Ordinance to provide for title and registration of rights in native land. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance native land shall not be alienated, whether by sale, gift, lease or otherwise, to a person who is not a native. The Chief Lands Officer shall appoint a native lands Registrar for every register of native lands. No lease or sub-lease of any native land shall be valid until it has been approved and registered according with the provisions of this Ordinance. The Ordinance provides also for the survey of lands.
