Le présent arrêté complète l'arrêté du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de topographie et du cadastre. En effet, il ajoute à l'article 9 du titre III de l'arrêté du ministre de l'équipement, de l'habitat et de l'aménagement du territoire du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de la topographie et du cadastre mentionné ci-dessus, dans sa partie relative aux tarifs d'immatriculation foncière obligatoire (cadastre) un troisième point portant sur les travaux le bornage et levé et l’établissement des plans.

This Decree establishes the mechanism of protection of geodetic points. Geodetic point shall be considered a construction or a facility for marking-out of points on the ground provided with special engineering devices and structures containing external markings of triangulation, GPS-networks, polygonometric networks, as well as centered and levelling points. Demolition of replacement of geodetic points shall be performed by the staff of State Land Cadastre Service.

The purpose of this Law is to specify the institutional system in the field of geospatial information, incorporating the conditions for the preparation, use, exchange and maintenance of geospatial information (including geodetic and cartographic basic data) in order to create an infrastructure for geospatial information in the Republic of Latvia. The Law shall be applied to all natural persons and legal persons, the functions, tasks and activities of which are related to the circulation of geospatial information and joint use and re-use of such information.

Le comité national d'orientation des zones économiques spéciales est charge de: fixer les orientations générales pour l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la politique d'aménagement des zones économiques spéciales.

The provisions of this Act shall apply only to land, interests in land, or dealings in land, registered under this Act. This Act sets forth organization, administration, duties, authorities and responsibilities of the Land Registry and registrars. A Registrar of Lands shall be appointed by the Public Service Commission to manage the Land Registry in accordance with this Act. The Land Registry includes a register in respect of every parcel which has been adjudicated in accordance with the Land Adjudication Act and a register in respect of each lease required by this Act to be registered.

Native Lands Ordinance.

An Ordinance to provide for title and registration of rights in native land. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance native land shall not be alienated, whether by sale, gift, lease or otherwise, to a person who is not a native. The Chief Lands Officer shall appoint a native lands Registrar for every register of native lands. No lease or sub-lease of any native land shall be valid until it has been approved and registered according with the provisions of this Ordinance. The Ordinance provides also for the survey of lands.
